Having had a poor experience with other estate agents, I did some research and after reading Tom Kennard’s reviews, decided to give him and Foxtons a go. Do not be put off by the higher fees, Tom worked for and earned every penny of it from start to finish. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His calm demeanour and negotiation skills not only got the job done but reassured me throughout the whole process that someone who cares about the best outcome is taking care of it.
