I have had been with Triumph Consultants for nearly 2 years. I had worked 2 contracted jobs with them and I can honestly say it has been a pleasant journey. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entirety of my time with them. They have various vacancies with different working environments and they find the best suitable position for you. It is sad to see myself leave the agency as I have now been permanently hired by the company I have been employed with. However, should I need to any more help employment wise in the future; I will by all means be happily joining Triumph Consultants again. This agency will be suitable for someone who would like a job in the Civil Service area. Excellent agency!!
I have used Triumph for the past 5/6 months and they have been spot on. The initial onboarding with the client was challenging but Freya, Melissa and team were very professional, making what was becoming torchcherous, quite easy. During the last 5/6 months Helen has been brilliant with all pay and holiday queries, speedy communications at all times. More recently Jane has made contact regarding next steps, post current contract. Thank you to all at Triumph for making my first foray into contracting a great process.
Response to Triumph - the fact you dont have my details on file and dont know who has req a data deletion is well telling. The attitude of response shows clearly the 'professional standards' deployed by this bunch. Exercise in futility. I would go as far to state unprofessional and have massive concerns regarding my data, as they continually ask for CV saying they dont have it on file. No follow up once your CV is submitted to role. Have for the best part sent unsuitable roles. I had to advise they were sending me roles suited to my jobs on my CV 13 years ago. They acknowledged their mistake and advised I was on wrong email group.... but still get unsuitable roles sent through. Nothing bespoke - its a volume agency
I have worked with a number of agencies and I have been very impressed with Triumph and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for temporary employment opportunities within local Government. Prompt payments and no problems obtaining holidays. Overall one of the better agencies to work for.
