I wish I could give them 0 stars! Absolutely terrible service from Paola and Mary! Incompetent and unable to make coffee orders. Made my salted caramel iced Capp latte wrong three times! I Paid for oat milk and was given cows milk! Then made my order and forgot to add coffee. Terrible service! No apology. Avoid at all cost! Waste of £5! My final order was too sweet! Paola poured half the bottle of salted caramel in my drink. I had to throw it in the bin!
