Rod is a really effective teacher! and an English language teacher confirms it! If you want to breathe the cheerful and familiar atmosphere of a peaceful, restful holiday in leafy Kent and learn the language while having fun, Rod's house is the perfect place! Trust me! A cozy room with private bathroom overlooking the back garden awaits you! Rod is also an amazing cook!! (and if an Italian says it you have to believe it!) His wife Merle is a sweet lady to chat with ... And then you are a few meters from 2 railway stations which in just over a quarter of an hour take you straight to Trafalgar Square and Victoria Station. Navy War
Rod is a very good teacher, I recommend everyone to take a 1 or 2 week home course with him to get immediate results and improve your knowledge of the English language. The house is very beautiful, his wife Merle attentive and hospitable and the small town of Beckenham in Kent is nice and well connected to London.
I had an excellent language stay at Rod and Merle. Rod is a very good teacher and pedagogue who knows how to adapt according to your needs. The setting is magnificent. The house is in a pure English style with a beautiful garden. With a little luck... You will have the chance to come across in the morning from the veranda, a fox crossed the garden. We really feel like home. Beckenham is well located and it's easy and quick to reach London after class for a short walk. I was really well received by Rod and Merle. ???? It's a great experience to be able to take courses in total immersion.
Fantastic and recommended experience. Pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hosts, Rod and Merle made me spend some pleasant evenings at their home and I was able to taste Rod's great culinary skills. Fun and useful angle classes put into practice while visiting a nearby pub. Highly recommended.
