Have been regularly ordering Royal Canin food for both my dog and cat for several years and we have not experienced any issues. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend!
visited the shop very frequently before moving away to pick bits and bobs up for my cat, the staff have always been lovely especially a staff member called Abi if my memory serves me well, would recommend to anyone in the area!
For a start, the prices are awesome & a large variety of animals & equipment. They've got a very amusing parrot, Rolie, who is worth coming in to look at, even if you're just passing by. We were looking for a new pet bird & needed some advice, which was offered very thoughtfully & generously by the lady working there. We took up a lot of her time, but left very confidently & I will definitely use this shop in the future to add to our family!
