My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary while we were visiting our daughter last fall. Our original wedding rings had taken a beating over all those years and we decided to redo them for this special event. Darren took an incredible amount of time and focus on the design of our rings and they turned out absolutely magnificent! We were visiting from Canada and Darren made sure we had our rings done perfectly! We cannot thank Darren enough for helping make our special day even more special and we have these beautiful rings to remind us of our stay in London. He is truly an artist! Thank you again Darren!
Brilliant customer service. We have had quite few pieces repaired here and it has always been a great service. Prices are reasonable. Recently we had a bracelet for my son repaired by them but unfortunately we lost it, they really went all the way to getting us a similar one for a very reasonable price and very kindly did not charge us for the resizing or the engraving. Absolutely brilliant and professional.
The best Jewellers! Both Darren and Tracy are professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. With the help of Darren we found our dream wedding rings. Darren went above & beyond to source my ring in particular and I couldn’t of been happier with what he found after asking some a few simple questions in store about what I wanted. Darren and hid team at Solitaire were more than helpful diagnosing the issue with a special watch that my dad has had for years and suddenly stopped working. It holds a lot of sentimental value & the team recognised this keeping us updates along the way to ensure we were happy with repairs and costs.
