Accessibility review: partially accessible by wheelchair users. Only front part of the shop is accessible, the back of the shop has 2 steps. The toilet and back rooms aren't accessible. But they are helpful in anyway they can. I've been using their laser, threading and hairdresser services for nearly 10 years. Professional, friendly service. Their laser machine is strong and you will have fast results even if you have thick high density hair on a darker skin. My skin is light brown even lighter in some area before tan.
Shannon and jale are absolutely amazing. Shannon did my wax for me today as she always does and she is so lovely and comforting and very friendly she always provides a welcoming and friendly comfortable environment she’s amazing..!!! Jale is the best at threading my eyebrows I always go to her as she makes me feel like a woman again lol I travel from new cross to see these ladies as I feel so welcome and comfortable. They are Truly amazing and the best at what they do.!! ♥️♥️???????? Thank you for being great.!!

I had micro blading done by Jale and it has changed my life, the service Jale supplies is amazing, so professional. Before I had this done I was so conscious about my eyebrows it would actually get me down, I was constantly pencilling them in, now I just get up and go with everyone complimenting them, they completely transform your face it’s the best thing I ever did. I would 100% recommend.
