Just bought a used Focus for my son via RH Cars. Richard provided excellent customer care, sorted out the few minor niggles both prior to and post delivery, and was always clear about what he could and could not do within the agreed price. A very happy customer :-)
Bought a van from RH week ago and today took it to Kwik fit for a full service and check as you do with every new second hand car just to be safe side. Kwik fit didn't find any faults at all. Good purchase. Thank guys and best luck.
TRADING STANDARD NEEDS A VISIT.. unsafe car! Poor service. After you have brought your car he doesn’t care. Safety and any customer service is not he’s best attribute. He will talk the talk make the sale and then anytime you have a question or problem he is so rude and dismissive. I would not have brought a car off him if I had read the Google reviews he’s attitude to safety is shocking. Avoid this place and do yourselves a favour. The sooner he goes out of business the better. This is exactly the kind of deal boy operation you hope you never have to deal with but unfortunately what’s done is done. What goes around comes around as they say. Hopefully I saved you a lot of money and you can find your dream car else where. I would give him zero stars if possible.

Bought my daughter's first car from RH Car Sales last week. Really pleased with the condition of the car - it was immaculate. A refreshing change to find a car as described after looking at so many elsewhere that were in poor condition. There was no hard sell and we were left alone to have a good look at the car. Excellent service - would recommend.
