I test drove a car, with my sister, for sale at this dealer. Their mechanic could not have been more amicable. When we explained we got lost, having been gone for at Least 20 minutes there was no fuss or complaints. He explained that if we needed longer no problem as they wanted us to be happy and confident if we were to purchase the car. Richard was amazing, totally made us feel confident that any fault that we may possibly find, albeit confident we would not, he would not hesitate to put right. It was clear his reputation was more important than just getting cars off his forecourt. We purchased the car and had a relaxed and totally friendly and fun time doing so. Richard could not have emphasised enough that any problems we ring him straight away. We have been totally pleased with the car and would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.. and his lovely mechanic who is on hand to talk you through the car.
I recently purchased a vehicle from R L Autos & was extremely impressed with their professionalism & how friendly they were. This family run business are very welcoming & from start to finish the process was made to feel easy & comfortable. In the heart of Beckenham this firm have a unique togetherness which you don't find with other dealerships. I was offered tea & coffee the entire time I was there & it was a pleasure to meet the team. The vehicle itself was all ready for me when I arrived. It had been MOT'd & serviced that morning. The lock in wheel nuts, service history & user manual all ready to go. The car was cleaned & in a lot better condition than I was expecting. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic & hats off to a great team they have at RL Autos. If I ever am looking for a car in the future I will definitely be picking up the phone to them. Would 100% recommend!!
I saw the Mini I wanted in RL Autos and approached cautiously because I has just been burned by a previous dealer. I did not need to worry. They let me check everything about the car. They discussed everything openly and honestly. They fixed everything they said they would. They replaced an expensive part for the air conditioning & replaced a key after the sale. I barely had to ask. They seem to pride themselves on a fair deal for decent car. I highly value this approach when trying to safely buy a decent second hand car. I've been driving my Mini for over week now and everything about it is perfect. For me it was all about trust. These guys are good.
Richard and the team at RL Autos are absolutely fantastic. Bought my dream C63 from these guys and there are no regrets. Slight issue with the car was resolved immediately, no issues. Bought an Astra from the RL Autos team 4 weeks ago, and very happy with the purchase and am very confident that should there be any need, they will defo sort any problem that might occur. They are a fab team all round. Had great rapport and they could not do enough for me. They settled a small issue when I called them after the sale. It was settled asap and very generously. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again I'm sure.
